Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website and the mobile apps published by Jeremy Barr LLC ("we", "us").
The short version: our apps are local-first. What you enter stays on your device. We don't ask for an account, we don't run ads or third-party analytics, and we never sell or share your personal data.
Data in our apps
Everything you record in our apps — symptoms, medications, notes, and settings — is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any server we operate. You can export your data at any time from within the app, and deleting the app deletes its data from your device.
If you use your device's backup features (such as iCloud device backup), a copy of the app's data may be included in that backup under your own Apple account. That backup is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy, not ours.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account; we never see your payment details. To validate subscriptions and unlock paid features, our apps use RevenueCat, which receives a randomly generated identifier and purchase history for your app install. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or anything you record in the app.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Our apps contain no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If you have opted in to sharing diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us aggregated crash and performance data through App Store Connect.
This website
This site is static and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.
Children
Our apps and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an app will also be noted in that app's release notes.
