Terms of Use
These terms apply to this website and the mobile apps published by Jeremy Barr LLC ("we", "us"). By using our apps or site, you agree to them.
Our apps are not medical advice
Our apps are self-reported logs and organizational tools. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or predict any condition, and nothing in them is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something recorded or displayed in an app. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's standard licensed-application terms.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features are billed to your Apple account through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Prices may change; changes apply no earlier than your next billing period.
Your data
Content you record in our apps stays on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for backing up your device; our apps provide export tools, and we encourage you to export your data before switching phones.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our apps or site, interfere with their operation, or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble them except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeremy Barr LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
